The idea of evolution is that life automatically adapts over time to fit the ever-changing environment. There's NO outside force or catalyst required to initiate the process; it's ALL nature. Stop trying to combine two theories, or rather, a theory and a hypothesis, that are completely incompatible. Ours wins, end of story.

No, those hard-working doctors and nurses and surgeons saved you, you asshole. You're not going to thank them at all? You're just gonna say God did it? Fucking asshole.
Okay, now I'm done venting.
Evolution is NOT a theory - nor a single idea. IT was a set of theories - some of which have already proven to be true.
Among the TRUTH - is the claim that there was a mechanism by which generations pass on traits to their offspring - which has been proven without question - DNA.
Please note that at the time of the christ - it was thought that a man supplied a "seed" which was the whole offspring - and the woman was simply the "dirt" that it was planted in for it to grow off of. Because the woman supplied NO part of the new being - only a MALE blood line was accepted. WE now know that THIS is also false.
As far as the god working through doctors and nurses - why would a god deliberately discriminate against people who have no access to professional medical care - either through lack of funds or lack of existence in 3rd world countries? Why does the god NOT supply equivalent care to ALL (OR even all of his religion?) That is fundamentally wrong.
