I misread something you said. I interpreted it as you saying not having a minimum wage would allow a small group of people to drive down the wages of a larger group of people by small group selling their labor cheaper.

After re-reading the passage I see that you clearly did not say that. In that passage the small group you were referring too was the heads of corporations and such.
