well, let me clarify my point. Based on my personal experience, I can tell you that god does not exist! Furthermore, there is a logical, rational, and systematic explanation for the origins of religious beliefs, namely, cognitive, social and biological mechanisms. Given these undeniable and incontrovertible proofs for the non existence of god, the word atheism implies theism which asserts that there "could be" an invisible man in the sky. lol. so you guys see my point? non belief in god is sane, rational, and realistic. So instead of calling yourselves atheists, call yourselves sane people
By the way, contrary to popular belief, I think you can prove that something does not exist. The exclamation "you can't prove that something does not exist!" is a lame excuse that religious nuts often use to bolster their belief in something that is as real as Santa Claus or the leprechaun. LOL!
