Welcome Kelisha! That was an interesting read. I, too, looked into Wicca (many, many years ago), but decided that magic is ultimately one of the things in which I do not believe. It does tap into those special feelings of awe and reverence that I feel for nature, however.
At any rate, I wanted to comment on one little thing you said...
Seeking one's own way is wise, but tapping into the knowledge and perspectives of others is required in order to come to informed conclusions. Atheism is not necessarily final. The word 'atheist' only expresses a lack of belief in deities. If I, for example, were ever shown irrefutable evidence that a god might exist, I would change my stance to 'agnostic'. If enough evidence were produced to counter the evidence against, I would change my stance to 'believer'. If you currently do not believe... you are atheistic. If you still harbor doubts... you are agnostic. You are allowed to change your mind. Heheh.
