I'm sorry but I can't sit here and read all of these posts. I'm only on page 4 but I'm not going to read all of these. Sorry to get in the argument so late but you said that God created man in his image. That being said Jesus was the human embodiment of God. The way that man depicts God in image, is him being a white male with a beard. So Jesus was a white man in the middle East. No big deal. In the Bible he is depicted as a man who got a lot of people to believe in something without proof of it existing. Therefore man in his current form should consider someone like George W. Bush (if he had a beard) to the perfect the human. I mean he got into college without any real intelligence. No big deal. But to blatantly tell the American public that Iraq was hiding WMD's while it simply wasn't true and they still believe him. Sounds like Jesus to me. Another thing is that animals have the ability to communicate with each other. Dogs with Dogs and Cats (I believe) as well. Man cannot understand these animals but somehow these animals are still capale of learning some of the things we say?Sounds like we lose that one.
