The whole premise of this thread was that God used magic (or you say "omnipotence" because "magic" offends you) to create the flood, so why didn't he use magic to save the children. That was the whole premise. You have just spent half a dozen pages shitting in this thread saying how it's possible without magic due to your poor understanding of science.
