People believe in whatever they have good reason to believe.
Sometimes this "good reason", as subjective as it is, is viewed as a "bad reason" by others.
Still they trudge on with their "good reason".
Sometimes, due to extra information or simple peer pressure, the "good reason" is re-assessed and converted into a "bad reason".... sometimes, it's the other way around.
