You haven't spelled out one damn thing except to make ideological arguments that deflect blame to the Republicans. Throwing more money at a problem is not the cure-all for every issue.

And what is the bigger problem here, exactly? A select, vast-minority-few VA admins [they still haven't found any other admins to be guilty of this same thing] skimming funds that would not affect the quality of care or amount of service professionals and staff from the budget via their bonuses? Administrators who are under investigation and are going to be axed? Or the constant cutting of massive amounts of funding that is essential to improving quality and quantity of care to our veterans?

YOU are deflecting the fact that the republicans are more fucking corrupt given that this is to serve the defense contractor lobbies than these few administrators are! They're corrupt because they're being lobbied to reject these increases because these increases would mean diverting funds away from weapons R&D AND YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT THE FUCKING PROBLEM IS THAT A FEW ADMINISTRATORS SKIMMED LESS THAN 0.05% OF THE BUDGET FOR THEIR BONUSES?!

I cannot participate further in this discussion. What I have read here is too offensive to my morality and basic human ethics for me to tolerate hearing any more of, which I know if I linger in this thread, I most certainly will, given the source of it and the contents of what will undoubtedly be said. Even if I could stomach hearing it, there would be no point to me addressing it.
