I'm Canadian. Only 47, but as long as things don't change for the worse, I'll continue to be covered until I die, for doctors, hospital stays and operations. Our coverage isn't perfect though, it doesn't include many things it should in my opinion, like dental, eyecare and prescription costs (except in hospital), but there is no loss at 65. The only possible loss is if a person is receiving additional workplace benefits which will be revoked when they retire (usually at 65).
