He's very good at being consistently bad. As TJ alludes in one of the Drunken Peasant videos (or the full three-hour one from which they're taken), it's like he makes a point of doing the exact opposite of anything good or right at every opportunity. I don't just mean his crapping, either; check out some of his mass debating. Painful.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'
