I bought a 4-pack of Green Flash's new Imperial Rye IPA, Road Warrior.
VERY hoppy. 9% abv. A little bitter, but I love it. 1.5 bottles in, and I'm a little tipsy.... cheap date.
I will consider the idea that I a priori love anything by Green Flash. (Reminds me of San Diego.) This is an American Style IPA. Americans overdo everything, so it's hoppy to a fault. But I love the taste of hops and the pine tar scent. IPA's are my wheelhouse. And if you like an IPA, Road Warrior is a fantastic example of one.
