I'm not buying that this is real.

Once or twice over the past 10 years or so, I've run across some very bizarre, disturbing articles, that I thought were true, only to find out, they were fake and meant to draw attention, and complaints. A troll's work is never done, in my opinion.

IF it were true, then it's ridiculously absurd, and that one velcro contraption would certainly get the attention of CPS.
