Once Again.... If You Don't Like France...

Allow the widespread usage of the full dustbin on your head and soon the public can't tell honest dustbins from dishonest ones and sneak away from any of them.... result: more casualties when one dishonest dustbin decides to blow up his "underwear".
Of course, the same can be said of any backpack, or luggage item. |
