Well, on that last thing. The point of atheism or an atheist forum like this isn't to "gather potential members", it's a discussion space for things that are supremely important to a great many people and societies. If someone doesn't want to discuss it because they're "99% on board", cool. If someone has a problem with that 1% difference and want to discuss it, cool. But I don't think you should tell people to gloss over something if it's important to them, and especially not if it's to win more convert points or memberships.
