Are you requesting support for the assertion that it is "without exception" and "confirms the tree of life" or that DNA sequencing simply provides evidence for evolution?

That it confirms the tree of life without exception, as claimed.

I would be careful in stating anything is without exception, as the definition of exceptions is probably broad and any that surface would not necessarily invalidate the overwhelming majority of evidence. The below study seems to lay out the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard.
