Really, we should save ourselves a lot of headaches and create a new country for these people. We can set aside some land for them to settle. Then the rest of the country can watch as GOPland spirals down into 4th World Status.
Occasionally, we'll feel some compassion and put a big billboard up facing their country that will read simply:
