I'm willing to entertain the notion that we have a predisposition for supernatural beliefs/explanations. Even if that were true (which I'm not saying it is), it's a far cry from "everyone believes in God!". It's (ironically) showing many people's view that "if not science, then God".

Exactly. This reminds me of hearing people say that "according to what we know about aerodynamics, bumble bees shouldn't be able to fly.". Of course, when I actually witness a bumble bee flying, all I can think is "someone needs to learn more about aerodynamics before opening their mouth and looking like a moron".
