He also took over the family business after His father died, earning enough money to keep His mother and siblings alive. His hands would have been calloused. After sweating in the hot sun, He would have stank.
As a 12 year old, He was even scolded by His parents for sneaking off without their consent.
His skin didn't prevent a whip from tearing it apart and bloodying His back. Neither did it prevent nails from entering his hands or thorns from bloodying His head.
...and YES - as an infant He shit His "diapers".
Which makes it quite disturbing that, even after experiencing something that christians are quite happy to play up as terrible, horrible suffering, god is so lacking in empathy that he works not one jot to improve the human condition afterward.
Because, see, generally how these stories go is that the high and mighty protagonist, after being brought low to experience life on the other side, learns a lesson and seeks to change things once they return to power. Jesus ascends and gets to be god again, and does absolutely nothing at all.
