You're right. I don't know if the list is full. If we see the conflicts with 1,000 or more deaths per year. We can constate that in 9/11 of them Muslims are implied in the war.

3.Somali Civil War (Somalia and AMISOM VS Muslim groups such Al-Shabaab)
4.Islamist Insurgency in Nigeria (Nigeria and his allies VS Muslim groups such Boko Haram)
5.War in North-West Pakistan (Pakistan and his allies VS Muslim Groups such Tehrik-i-Taliban-Pakistan)
6.Egyptian Crisis (Egypt VS Muslim Groups such Muslim Brotherhood)
