Sometimes I'm glad I live in California because I'll never have to deal with nonsense like that in my state. At least I haven't witnessed it yet. I hope they don't get this thing off the ground. But if the residents of Kentucky agree to pay for it, then I guess it's their decision, but then again, that would be unconstitutional.
