The Bible has always stated that the "elect" would be few in number. Only 2 people out of the original 2 million that left Egypt made it into the promised land.
If a 'real christian' is one who can perform Jesus' miracles, then there's no such thing.
I bet you think you're one of the elect, though. Every Christian seems to.
There is a story in the Bible about Jesus meeting a Samaritan woman at a well and revealing to her the sin she was keeping secret (she had something like 5 husbands).
Earlier I posted an old video (recorded sometime in the 1950's) of a man doing exactly the same thing. In case you haven't seen it: When people would come up to the stage to be healed, he, having never met the person, could tell them what sickness they had, name, and address ect.
This isn't done to showoff, it's done because divine healing is operated by faith (scientific studies using placebos show this). And gift of discernment makes it easier for the person to believe.
I made a short video from a recording taken from April 6, 1956 to give an example.
this may be a little off topic but I also found a recording taken August 6, 1961 of a vision he seen in 1933 describing a driverless car which I added to footage of the Google car. Keep in mind he's describing what he saw in 1933.

Miracles are operated by faith and the fact that you claim to be an unbeliever ensures that you will never see the supernatural. was not Jesus himself unable to preform miracles in a certain city because the peoples unbelief was so great?
Quote:Matthew 13 57-58
And they were offended in him. But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, save in his own country, and in his own house. And he did not many mighty works there because of their unbelief.
If you're looking to see miracles, you will most likely not see them in developed 1st world countries but in some poor backwater 3rd world nations, where faith is a way of life (rich people tend to rely on money). Which also has the side effect of no one ever hearing about them.
Quote:John 14:19
Yet a little while, and the world (unbelievers) seeth me no more; but ye (believers) see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
