most of muslim countries doesnt apply punishment for not wearing hijab as there is no punishment about not doing what u have to do as a muslim

Except in all countries applying the Shariah law, such as Saudi Arabia, Iran, Afghanistan, Nigeria and Sudan.

And in most muslim countries (especially in the Gulf Arab states), there is a huge amount of societal pressure on women to wear scarfs or hijab.

There's two notable exceptions: Turkey and Tunisia.
