That being said, I do agree with you that the Qur'an does call for cutting off the finger tips and smiting the necks of the enemy. Problem today is there are a whole lot more warm Muslims than warm Christians. You just don't get to say your version of mythological bullshit has any claim to the moral high ground.
Then please show me where in the bible (as you did with the Quran) where Christians are to do act this way? We are told by Christ to submit to our governments.
What the self righteous do not seem to understand is if the religion does not call for Murder, war, hate and a specific branch of said religion does, then that branch is then to be considered radicalized. This is the case with the crusades and Fred phelps type of examples in Christianity.
However when a religion in its holy text requires a believer to declare jihad those who do are not the radicalized members of the faith. It is those who sit idle on the side lines that are the radicals.
