Wrong. Christianity changed because the Thirty Years' War, which showed that Protestants and Catholics were equally brutal in their willingness to kill another human being over matters of faith. Maybe do some reading on that war before you comment next time. The war was fought between wearing nations/empires. It was not a scriptural command.
