ISIS would love to goad the US into another endless, costly, destructive ground war ... and my guess is they are likely to succeed. One thing for sure, Rand Paul will not be humping across the desert in battle gear, ass on the battle ground, sure to come home damaged only to find the government has cut funding to the VA to pay for tax cuts.
