Because that man and everyone after him died a terriable death at the hands of his enemy, and he was alone. We as a people should acknowledge him and those who threaten us, so as not to forget what has been done giving the death of these two men the honor it deserves. The second reason is to enrage and embolden the spirit to do whatever it takes to make sure this does not happen again.
