Biggest increase...from around 3% to 4.8%. Hardly a take over, and they tend to be localised to very specific inner city wards.
That said, there is a massive tendency for social commentators and the political élite to pussy foot around any issue surrounding Muslims or the possible racial element (which is itself an unforgivable confusion). The recent issue in Rotherham is testament to that and the terrible consequences that result.
