Yeah, it's pretty good satire.

Go over to the youtube video and make some comments. Many are quite enraged by this guy and his horrible idea.

The comments on the web page are quite funny too.

Probably the funniest part, is, even as over the top as the site turns out to be, people still aren't sure. Poe's law in action I suppose.
