i dont know what do you mean but i meant that this was the reasons that increased the probability that there is god and then i started searching for a prove in other ways which was mainly searching in different religions
"to prefer something" usually relies on emotions.

guys there is nothing to debate on this thread am just saying how i USED TO think and i want to know how you guys think even if i was wrong that was just a stage i passed through and i didnt even mention anything about my current beliefs that has nothing to do with my opinions now i just want to know the answers of these questions from an atheist point of view
Since we do have thread about deconversion stories, having conversion stories might also be interesting.

The fact that you rebelled for a while doesn't mean that you haven't been indoctrinated.
hope you can prove that by showing me how i was doctrinated in the thread i made before about the reasons that make me believe in islam maybe you are right
Maybe your parents weren't very religious but the society you live in is religiously influenced and it has influenced you since your birth. You'll easily find muslim apologists to convince you that Allah is real in Egypt, but you won't find a lot of christian apologists lol. You've been in interaction during your whole life only with one side of the God argument. You've been shaped by social pressures more than you think.
