A nurse in switzerland nets about 8.000 euros a month if I remember correctly.
So: lets say 40% of the people in that village got a middle of the road job. Thats 400 times 8.000 = over 2 million euros. Apparently they pay only 120000 euros in taxes to cover local costs. Thats extremely low. Any change would have raised the taxes.
