I honestly don't know how the family could wind up costing that much. I mean, I've been in various housing programs over the years, I've had friends in housing programs, I've been in homeless shelters. It doesn't cost all that much. I mean, you get your rent paid, get a food budget and see a social worker once a week and you're good. How is that going to add up to $40,000 a month for one family? Something's wrong with the budget here; is the conversion rate from euros to dollars really that different?
