It is precisely why I warn Israel not to seek Talmud based law. It to me is as bad an idea as Koran based law. No, not because of Israel's current mindset, but long term. You keep government neutral on religion and leave it at "freedom of religion" precisely because of HUMANS like this. Not because he is Jewish, but because he is using his faith as a weapon.

Even with the label atheist, if you stupidly assume a label will magically and automatically make you moral, you are doomed to do to others in the future what was wrongfully done to you.
