Your friend is honestly following what he thinks is guidance.
I used the guru as an example of one following, then being controlled by what he thinks is god.
The rest of the occult operates the same way, a door is opened by experimenting
with the dark arts or objects (seances, wejie (spell?) boards, whatever, even posessing objects representing things or people dedicated to the dark side gives it entrance.
And what he / she thinks is god enters in.
After a while the entity is in control and not the person.
The above is as common as belly buttons in places like India and Africa, but not in the much more enlightened West.
All the above is relegated here to being mentally impaired.
Your friend needs to renounce / break off every connection to what he has been involved with.
Thanks professor,
Even I think so, my reason for the post was to understand the same medically. When I say this is not all right, I wanted to back the behavior to be a medical condition. Otherwise I always remain the person who does not know enough or can't understand . I am that person who is simply skeptical and one who cannot accept things out of the norm.
Lets look at GOD as Rightful Action,Positive thinking, Living the moment, Compassion, Love, Nature, Family, Friends and all life around us. Such a GOD is not supernatural, but is as real as the feeling of being alive.
