The Bible on the other hand, never changes. It's message has always been consistent and unlike the "theories" of science, it has never been proven wrong nor does it contradicts as you can easily find so many scientists within the same field contradicting themselves.

Like anything else's go line by line and gather and provide resources (primary and secondary source material, not commentary) to disprove his position. If you believe science is Unchanging show him using a link to several examples where a few scientific proofs have and will always be.
If you can't then maybe you should re examine the trust you place in what you understand to be 'science.'
