Actually - that IS the problem with the bible - It never changes - and it CLEARLY shows that it is nothing more the the beliefs of a bunch of cave dwellers and nomad herders who did not actually know how the earth existed. The earth is NOT a circle - it is a sphere.
However - as things are found to be NOT TRUE in the bible -the theists change their interpretation or simply ignore the bible

These are all quotes of the New Testament - supporting that the old testament should still apply
And in the Old Testament there are instructions on how to properly sell your daughter into slavery- Supported in the new testament by the christ saying how slaves should be treated.
And in the New Testament - 1 Timothy 2 - it says -that the christ will NOT ALLOW any woman to have any power or authority over a man - but she should be SILENT - and Submissive BECAUSE it was "Eve" who committed the sin - not Adam.
Sorry - but you see - YOU do not actually believe in the bible - Only parts of it - even only parts of the new testament.
