The Mormon change regarding blacks and their priesthood in LDS is a curious thing. AFAIK, all the Mormon scripture, Bible, Doctrines and Covenants, Pearl of Great Price and Book of Mormon have remain unchanged in regards to the racial content. The 'liberalization', if I may, was accomplished by executive fiat.

While I support equal treatment, I have a concern with a faith that is keeping a tremendous amount of putrid (and VERY wacky in places) racial crappola in the operating manuals, and relying, essentially, on a small asterix on their billboard and a small paragraph written in pencil on a 3X5 index card thumb tacked to the bulletin board to guaranty equal rights under their roof for all.
