Assuming you believe in the trinity, riddle me this: God, Jesus and the holy Spirit are supposed to be one entity.
So Jesus, who is god, sacrificed himself to himself to return to his plane of existence. What kind of sacrifice is that supposed to be? And to whom was he talking in Luke 22:42 about removing this cup from him? To himself?
