Sounds like a fucking great idea. When i heard Cameron talking about this type of mechanism on TED i was a little skeptical, it will be cool to see how this pans out, especially considering our Prime Minister and governing party being all chummy with the Conservatives and Cameron and will likely parot a successful campaign.
