Of COURSE Muslims can be productive. They can also be bigoted, kind, violent, superstitious, thoughtful, lazy, hardworking, generous, mean, confident, insecure, literate, intolerant, thrifty, ignorant, and any other adjective you care to name. These things they share in common with ALL other religionists and irreligionists.
But Muslims also share with all other believers the blind spot that they just can seem to get round - that there is some ineffable being over and above the universe who actually gives a charbroiled rat's arse about them. This is a defect from which non-theists don't suffer.
