This is true.. Before one becomes a Christian. A Christian cannot sin.

1 John 3:9
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Laying aside the christian horseshit that speaks against other pieces of christian horseshit......what we're talking about here is a subset of people who you believe have not been -good christians- (and on that count I;d agree, but our opinion isn't exactly authoritative)whether or not they are christians (bad, good, or otherwise) will be beyond you to ascertain by any means other than directly asking them.
