True. I personally don't agree with using the DP, anymore. But, that's just me.

Yeah, 36 years have passed since then and escaping custody isn't as easy as it was back then. Also he escaped before his trial even began. He didn't escape once he was convicted.
So making a point about Bundy is building a strawman.
I'm not pro DP...so, I have no need to build strawmen. lol But, point taken in the rest of your post. That's true.
