Anyway, I see the only way to go ahead is to have some sort of petition to request google, Apple and other similar app stores to enforce that this kind of app carry such warnings in a clearly visible way.
You can start with an online petition. Add all the elements you consider relevant. Share the link.
At least, I'll endorse it, or sign it, or whatever you can do with online petitions.... and share in where I can.
