There are four kinds of employees: (1) incompetent and lazy; (2) competent and lazy; (3) incompetent and energetic; and (4) competent and energetic. The first is tolerable if you can't get someone else. The second okay. The third is the worst and you should get rid of them even if they are they only employee you have.
