Same can be said for owners. I hate dictators who think your job is to be their tool. I hate testosterone. I work well with people who communicate and see you as equal even when above you. You can accept someone's position but that does not give them the right to treat you like a mere tool. I have had great bosses and dicks who simply like throwing their weight around. I have other dick bosses who are slick about how they manipulate you faking caring in front of everyone.
The worst bosses I have ever had are sociopaths. The best bosses that you go to bat for are the ones who know you are the reason they do well.
