Conflicted, Life Has No Inherent Meaning But I Want to Adopt One

There may be no real meaning or purpose...but there was be a way to feel empowered as an american atheist and regain a sense of stability and find happiness.

Just find something that either
A) You like doing, or:
B) You think needs to be done and can be done by you.

That's how you create a meaning for your life. In the end, it's as simple as that.

I love literature, and I feel there are some stories that just need to be told, and, finding I had a knack for writing, I decided to become a writer.
