Even the vision on the road to Damascus is problematic. In Acts 9:7, it says that Saul's companions heard a voice but saw nothing. In Acts 22:9, it says they saw the light but heard nothing. This is in the same book, only a few chapters apart, and yet it makes two completely different claims.
Plus, it's interesting to note that in II Corinthians 11:14, Paul, himself says that Satan frequently disguises himself as an angel of light. What was it that Acts 9 said converted Saul? Yup... an angel of light!
