I believe, from what I could make of your OP, that you're asking if god is a theist (as in he believes in a creator that created him), or if he's an atheist (meaning he doesn't believe in any higher god that created him). Seems like many people actually thought you were asking if god believes in himself. Sometimes your posts are very confusing.
If any religious god exists he is certainly far to arrogant to believe there exists any higher power that created him.
