If you don't want to be seen as homophobic, it would probably make sense to stop making anti-gay remarks. My guess is that this group wants to make all the nasty comments that they want and not have anyone point out that they are jerks.

I've alway found it odd that the same book of the bible says not to eat bacon. But you don't see the westboro pychos picketing breakfast.
