The case, FOR INSTANCE, where a New York city cop applied an illegal choke hold on a man, ON VIDEO, but will not face charges. That does not *appear* inadequately investigated, that IS inadequately investigated AND ignoring evidence of a crime.
Yeah, the majority of cops do an awesome job. That doesn't mean that those who break the law shouldn't be held accountable.
