Why are we only catching the Republicunts on the things they've been wrong about since Obama took office? They've been consistantly wrong far longer than that. Remember when they were claiming Bush would improve the economy when he took office in 2000? Remember when Clinton was criticized for gas prices going up to about $1.50 a gallon? Remember when blowjobs were considered an important enough political issue that we switched political parties in the white house? And remember all those weapons of mass destruction Dubya told us Iraq had? And remember how the economy couldn't possibly recover from Bushes recession while Obama was in office?
On every single one of those issues, the Republicans were dead wrong. I honestly can't think of any issue they've been right about as long as I've been alive. Hell, Bush was so bad that most Republicans are claiming he isn't a 'real' Republican. But those words always seem to come out of the mouth of politicians and pundits who agreed with all of his policies.
Seriously, voters, why are your memories so damn short? Is it really that difficult to remember 8, 12 or 16 years ago and compare the state of the nation then to what we have now?
